Can I get the design on the back of the shirt?

Yes, If only ordering 1 shirt, simply type in "BACK" in the checkout comments
If ordering multiple shirts, please type in "size, style # & design #" for each shirt.
Please make it clear to read by using dashes - and comas, example (m, 6, 42 - xl, 4, 31)
& please leave us your email in case of questions. If we do have questions and can't get a hold of you after 48 hrs, we will use our best guess and will not be responsible for any mistakes. Sorry, but it's just common courtesy to double check your custom order for clarity.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Sorry we do not accept checks or money orders, no mailed payments.

Ordering Problems

Make sure the billing address you enter is the address that your credit card bill is sent to.
If you are declined and you're pretty sure you shouldn't have been, Try the following steps.
1. Double check your billing address.
2. If you've moved recently, you might want to try your previous address as the billing address.
3. Try a different card.

I can't add t-shirts to my shopping cart?
First of all try putting the shirt in the shopping cart again. The majority of the time, this solves the problem. Our shopping cart like most, requires cookies and java to be enabled. If you still get this message, more than likely your security settings are set too high for our shopping cart. Set your browser to accept cookies and turn on java script or if you'd rather, write down the shirts you want and email us at. We will then email you a invoice for the purchase that you would like to make.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will be shipped within 7 business days. (dont count the day you placed the order). It will take between 2-4 days to get to you after we ship it, depending on USPS and the time of year. During most of the year, you will have your shirts 7-10 business days after you place your order and we'll e-mail you a tracking number when it ships, provide we have the correct email address. For international orders, it can take 1-8 weeks to get there depending on the time of year.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship to Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Norway, Sweden, New Zealand, Australia and the Netherlands

Keep in mind overseas shipping can take 4 - 8 weeks, especially during the Holidays. So if you are in Europe or Australia don't be impatient and expect your shirts to get there in a week! We have no way of tracking shipments once they leave the US so please be patient.

T-Shirt Pimps is required by law to reveal the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the package, even if it contains a gift. Customs charges may be levied when the package reaches your country. T-Shirt Pimps is not responsible for these charges and does not know what these charges may be. You might wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

All orders with PO Box Shipping addresses will be shipped via USPS priority mail (Usually 7-10 business days) T-Shirt Pimps currently offers 1 shipping option within the United States:
1. Priority: 2-3 business days
2. Alaska & Hawaii: 5-10 business days (Shipped via USPS Priority Mail)
The above timelines are approximate shipping times and do not include the time it takes to process your order. All U.S. orders that supply a valid email address will be emailed a tracking number.

How do I contact you?

Our goal is to answer all emails with in 24 hours.

Can I cancel and order once it has been placed and paid for?

Sorry, the system is automated and all orders go into processing immediately. With hundreds of orders, it would be impossible to track it down during production. You are welcome to use our return/exchange program once you have received your order.

Do you have an affliate program?

Sorry but no, our shirts are priced so low that there is no room for commissions. We let the customer keep the money in their pocket.

Are you legit?

Yes, we have been making shirts since 2005.

What are your shirts made of?

We use 100% cotton, heavy duty t-shirts (Ash Grey is 90 cotton/10 polyester). The designs are professionally silk screened. Regular unisex shirts are PRE-SHRUNK and will not shrink much, if at all. The vast majority of the shirts are Hanes, but at times we may also use a comparable item from Fruit of The Loom, Gildan, Anvil, Bella or Jerzees if stock from the vendor run low.
